The 2023 USARA Adventure Race National Championship is underway! The teams left the starting area in opposite directions with most choosing the northern route. Teams must collect at least 5 checkpoints (CPs) before moving in. The top teams will look to clear this section.

Bend racing is off to a fast start with defending champion WEDALI close on their trail. Top contender Vidaraid is a bit back in the pack, raising some eyebrows if they had any early issues.

Strong Machine/GMARA and Rootstock racing took the southern route with a handful of teams. By noon, we should see who is in the top ten of race and which direction proved faster.
