USARA ADVENTURE RACE NATIONAL CHAMPIONS
Justin Bakken, Mari Chandler and Brian Mayer of WEDALI poses at the finish after 28 hours and 26 minutes of racing the 120 mile course.
WEDALI took the crown as the 2024 USARA National Champion at the Sept. 27-28 race in Snowshoe, WV.
The team was the only one to clear the course that was marked by challenging conditions due to effects from Hurricane Helene. REV3 Endurance Pro Team, Strong Machine AR, Team ThisABILITY, and Team Ozark rounded out the top 5 in the mixed division.
The women’s race that featured 13 teams was won by the Rootstock Racing —Women, who also took the king of the mountain biking title. Women of AR and Leaving AMA were also on the podium.
In the men’s division, REV 3 Endurance took the top spot with Adventure Source Racing and Misguided in the top 3.
TanZ Navigation/EX2 Adventures was the top Masters team.

USARA National Rankings
Cliff White, Kate White, and Glen Lewis of Strong Machine AR had a strong performance at Nationals.
The 2024 National Championship marked the end of the end of the 2023-2024 race season.
The Premier Division Rankings Champion was won by Strong Machine AR whose impressive performance at nationals moved them ahead of Full Speed, No Mistakes.
The rankings for the 2024-2025 season start next weekend. The first three Regional Qualifier races for the 2025 National championship have been announced:
Fall Foliage Adventure Race on Oct. 19
Two Rivers Adventure Race on Oct. 26
Raid the Rock on Dec. 21
